Terms and Conditions
CONSTELLATION
By participating in the “CONSTELLATION – WIN YOUR SWEET ESCAPE” competition on the website https://www.villigercigars.com/ and registering on the website, you agree to the following general terms and conditions of participation:
1. Organizer of the Competition
The organizer of the competitions on the website https://www.villigercigars.com/ is VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, Pfeffikon.
2. Duration of the “CONSTELLATION – WIN YOUR SWEET ESCAPE” Competition
Participation in the “CONSTELLATION – WIN YOUR SWEET ESCAPE” competition is possible from June 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The closing date for entries is October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. All data entered by the participant must have been received in the VILLIGER SÖHNE AG system by this time. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
3. Participation and Exclusion
Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not require any purchase. Eligible to participate are all natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and whose main place of residence is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. All personal information provided for participation must be truthful and complete. Employees of VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, participating agencies, their partners, and family members living in the same household are excluded from participation. To participate in the competition, participants must provide the required information on the website and accept the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.
4. Time of Participation
The time at which the submitted data is confirmed by email shall be deemed the time of participation.
5. Chances of Winning
Participation and chances of winning are in no way dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of paid or unpaid services provided by VILLIGER SÖHNE AG or other companies involved in the organization of the competition.
6. Prizes
A total of 20 SWEET ESCAPES will be raffled off (3x Magic Pass 2027/2028, 5x Mydays Fun and Action, 2x Mydays Spa Hotels, 5x Restaurant Choice vouchers worth CHF 200 each, and 5x Ticketcorner vouchers worth CHF 150 each). The raffle for the SWEET ESCAPES will take place after the end of the competition period. All winners will be selected at random, and the chances of winning will not be influenced by employees of VILLIGER SÖHNE AG. Eligible for the draw are persons who have provided all required information, including the selection of their preferred prize, accepted the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and confirmed their personal details. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No correspondence will be entered into, and legal recourse is excluded.
7. Prize Delivery
The winners will be drawn after the end of the competition and informed of their prize by email. The SWEET ESCAPES will be sent no later than four weeks after the end of the competition. If the postal address provided is incorrect or invalid, VILLIGER SÖHNE AG reserves the right to award the prizes elsewhere, and the participant shall have no further claim to the prize. If a prize cannot be delivered by post and is returned to VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, it will not be resent. Prizes will only be shipped within Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Upon dispatch of the prizes, VILLIGER SÖHNE AG shall be released from all obligations unless an earlier point in time results from these regulations.
8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By participating in the competition, the participant unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in exclusion from the entire competition. Any prize may be revoked or reclaimed and awarded to another participant.
9. Manipulation
If there is suspicion that the chances of winning have been influenced through manipulation, the persons concerned will be excluded from the competition.
10. Personal Data of the Participant
By participating, the participant confirms that their personal data is correct and complete and that they are at least 18 years old. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their personal data, including their full postal address and email address, is accurate and complete. VILLIGER SÖHNE AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without notice or explanation if false information is provided. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
11. Marketing Activities such as Newsletters
The participant agrees that the data provided may be used for marketing activities such as newsletters if the corresponding checkbox was selected during participation on the website. Newsletter registration must additionally be confirmed in the confirmation email.
12. Data Protection
VILLIGER SÖHNE AG uses a technical service provider for the technical implementation of the competition. The participant’s data is stored in the provider’s system. VILLIGER SÖHNE AG and the technical service provider undertake to comply with the applicable data protection laws. By participating in the competition, the participant grants the corresponding consent.

13. Technical Disruptions
Neither VILLIGER SÖHNE AG nor the technical service provider guarantees uninterrupted operation. Technical interruptions may occur and will be resolved as quickly as possible by VILLIGER SÖHNE AG or the technical service provider. Furthermore, neither VILLIGER SÖHNE AG nor the technical service provider assumes liability for transmission errors, technical defects, disruptions and operational failures, or unlawful interference with systems or transmission networks.
14. Complaints / Limitation of Liability
Any complaints regarding the execution of the competition must be submitted in writing to VILLIGER SÖHNE AG (VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, Dorfstrasse 4, 5735 Pfeffikon – LU) within 7 days of becoming aware of the reason for the complaint. Complaints submitted late will not be processed.
Any liability for damages on the part of VILLIGER SÖHNE AG and its governing bodies, employees, and agents arising out of or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. All operating, incidental, and consequential costs associated with the prize shall be borne by the winner.
15. Cancellation of the Competition
VILLIGER SÖHNE AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or stating reasons. Furthermore, these terms and conditions may be amended by VILLIGER SÖHNE AG without prior notice or explanation.
16. Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
