Public factory tours
Each tour starts at 2 p.m. and takes approximately 90 minutes.
We will provide headsets at the beginning of the tour as the production areas are noisy. Visitors should be able to walk a bit of a distance as the site is extensive. After the tour, visitors will get the chance to stock up on delicious cigars at the factory store.
The tour costs CHF 15 per person, which includes mineral water and a giveaway in the form of tobacco products. The number of visitors per tour is limited. That means tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visitors must be aged 18 or over.
Private factory tours
