Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By entering the «WatchTime» prize draw at https://www.instagram.com/villigercigarsofficial or https://www.facebook.com/villigercigars.germany, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter of the prize draws at https://www.instagram.com/villigercigarsofficial or https://www.facebook.com/villigercigars.germany is VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH, Waldshut-Tiengen - DE.
2. Duration of the «WatchTime» prize draw
The «WatchTime» prize draw is open for entries from 10/10/2024 until 17/10/2024. The closing date for entries is 17/10/2024, at 11:59 p.m. By then, entrants must follow our Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/villigercigarsofficial or Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/villigercigars.germany. They must also tag the person they would like to accompany them in the comments. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility and disqualification
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The prize draw is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and whose principal place of residence is in Germany We will only consider correct and complete entries. The prize draw is not open to employees of the VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH, participating agencies, their civil partners, and family members who are part of the household.
To enter the prize draw, entrants must follow our Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/villigercigarsofficial or our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/villigercigars.germany. They must also send a message with your favorite watch brand via Direct Message (DM). By entering the prize draw, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4. Receipt of entry
The time at which the message with the favorite watch brand was sent via Instagram or Facebook to the above-mentioned accounts is considered the time of participation.
5. Odds of winning
Your entry and odds of winning do not depend on a purchase or use of remunerated and non-remunerated services by VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH or other companies involved in the implementation of the prize draw.
6. Prize
We are giving away, 4 x 2 tickets for WatchTime Düsseldorf 2023 from 25 to 27 October 2024. The day on which you would like to visit the trade fair can be freely chosen.
The winners will be drawn using a random generator. Employees of VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH will verify the information provided.
Every person who follows our Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/villigercigarsofficial or Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/villigercigars.germany has a chance to win, provided they have sent a message with their favorite watch brand via Direct Message (DM). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
7. Prize award / Winner announcement
VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH will contact the winner via direct message and inform them of the prize. If the details provided are incorrect or invalid, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH will be entitled to select another winner. VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH is released from all its obligations once the winner has been announced unless an earlier date is indicated in these provisions.
8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification. We reserve the right to revoke or recover the prize and select another winner.
9. Manipulation
Anyone suspected of having manipulated their odds of winning will be disqualified.
10. Personal information of entrants
By participating, the participating person confirms that his/her personal data is correct and complete and that the person has reached the age of 18. In addition, the participating persons themselves are responsible for ensuring that the personal data is correct and complete. This applies to both the complete postal address and the correctness of the e-mail address.
We will not disclose personal information to third parties.
11. Data protection
VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH employs a technical service provider for the technical realization of the prize draw. The provider stores the entrants’ information in its system. VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH and the technical service provider undertake to observe the legal provisions on data protection.

12. Technical malfunction
Neither VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH nor the technical service provider guarantees uninterrupted operation. Technical interruptions can happen, and VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH or the technical service provider will remedy them as quickly as possible. Additionally, VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH and the technical service provider accept no liability for errors in data transmission, technical defects, disturbances, operation failures, illegal interference with the systems or transmission network systems.
13. Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the prize draw are to be made in writing to VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH (VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH, Schwarzenbergstraße 3-7, 79761 Waldshut-Tiengen - DE ) within seven days of the complaint arising. Complaints received after the stated period will not be processed.
14. Cancellation of the prize draw
VILLIGER SÖHNE GMBH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time and without notice or providing reasons. Furthermore, VILLIGER SÖHNE GmbH reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without providing reasons.
15. Governing law
The prize draw will be governed by German law. The possible nullity of individual provisions in these Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
