The fourth edition of VILLIGER de Nicaragua Edición Limitada is ready to provide unforgettable moments of enjoyment. This year, aficionados can look forward to a torpedo format with a double band.
Perseverance and courage
The VILLIGER de Nicaragua Edición Limitada 2022 was the first limited edition to leave the new VILLIGER de Nicaragua factory. The blend was unique then, as it is now. The wrapper is an Ecuador Desflorado. The binder is exquisite tobacco from Mexico. The filler consists of tobaccos from Condega and Jalapa – with one exception. Pennsylvania tobacco rounds off the flavour profile and gives the cigar further depth and variety.
This year, tobacco fields adorn the box lid before the eye is drawn to the jungle and the volcano. The fields are the magnificent breeding ground for all the different tobacco plants. Each of them is unique and different – just like a cigar!
History is lived forwards and understood backwards
The blue box design chosen at the outset has become the trademark of these limited editions. The graphics on the box lid, which change every year, make this series unique each year. Collectors have also been delighted by the changing formats in the past. The first Gran Toro was followed by a Perfecto and a Churchill format.
This year's Torpedo format is thus another Figurado in the still young history. The cigar will be presented during InterTabac 2025 in Dortmund and will then be released in Germany and Switzerland in a limited edition.
