2025 VILLIGER Advent Promotion Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from https://shop.villigercigars.com/, you agree to the following general terms and conditions of our 2025 VILLIGER Advent Promotion:
1. Promoter
The promoter of the promotion at https://shop.villigercigars.com/ is VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, Pfeffikon.
2. Duration of the 2025 VILLIGER Advent Promotion
VILLIGER’s Advent Promotion is open for entries from 12/01/2025 until 12/18/2025. The closing date for entries is 12/18/2025, at 11:59 p.m. Please note that you must have completed your order and have filled in all your details in the VILLIGER SÖHNE AG system by this date. Any orders received after this date will not be considered for the draw.
3. Eligibility and disqualification
The prize draw is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and whose principal place of residence is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. We will only consider correct and complete entries. The prize draw is not open to employees of the VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, participating agencies, their civil partners, and family members who are part of the household. To be eligible for the prize draw, you must make a purchase in the online shop at https://shop.villigercigars.com/. By completing your order, you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Receipt of entry
An entry is deemed as received once the order has been placed with us.
5. Odds of winning
Your odds of winning do not depend on the value of your purchase or your use of remunerated and non-remunerated services by VILLIGER SÖHNE AG or other companies involved in the organization of the prize draw.
6. Prizes
All orders placed during the specified period will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following gifts:
- Orders from 12/01/2025 to 12/07/2025:
3 x cigarsets: containing 1 x pack of 3 VILLIGER 1492 Robusto cigars, 1 x VILLIGER 1492 Zippo lighter, and 1 x VILLIGER cutter - Orders from 12/08/2025 to 12/14/2025:
3 x cigarillosets: containing 1 x pack of CONSTELLATION Peach Passion, 1 x pack of VILLIGER SHOTS Melicious 1 x pack of VILLIGER CORTOS Sweets, 1 x VILLIGER SHOTS pocket ashtray and 1 x VILLIGER CORTOS lighter - Orders from 12/15/2025 to 12/18/2025:
3 x VILLIGER vouchers, worth CHF 50.00 each
The nine winners will be drawn at random at the end of each period. Employees of VILLIGER SÖHNE AG will not be able to influence the chances of winning.
Only entrants who have provided all required information at the time of purchase will be eligible to win. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash. The decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
7. Award and shipment of prizes
The winners will receive their prizes four weeks after the final draw. If the postal address provided is incorrect or invalid, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and VILLIGER SÖHNE AG will be entitled to select another winner. If the prize cannot be delivered by post and is returned to VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, there will be no re-delivery. Prizes will be sent only to postal addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
VILLIGER SÖHNE AG is released from all its obligations once the prizes are dispatched unless an earlier date is indicated in these provisions.
8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By making a purchase in the online shop at https://shop.villigercigars.com/, you acknowledge that you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification . We reserve the right to revoke or recover prizes and select another winner.
9. Manipulation
Entrants that are suspected of having manipulated their odds of winning will be disqualified.
10. Personal information of entrants
By entering the prize draw, you confirm that your personal information is correct, complete and that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information is correct and complete. This applies to both the postal as well as the e-mail address.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
11. Data protection
VILLIGER SÖHNE AG employs a technical service provider for the technical realization of the prize draw. The provider stores the entrants’ information in its system. VILLIGER SÖHNE AG and the technical service provider undertake to observe the legal provisions on data protection.

12. Technical malfunction
Neither VILLIGER SÖHNE AG nor the technical service provider guarantees uninterrupted operation. Technical interruptions can happen, and VILLIGER SÖHNE AG or the technical service provider will remedy them as quickly as possible. Additionally, VILLIGER SÖHNE AG and the technical service provider accept no liability for errors in data transmission, technical defects, disturbances, operation failures, illegal interference with the systems or transmission network systems.
13. Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the prize draw are to be made in writing to VILLIGER SÖHNE AG (VILLIGER SÖHNE AG, Dorfstrasse 4, 5735 Pfeffikon – LU) within seven days of the complaint arising. Complaints received after the stated period will not be processed.
14. Cancellation of the prize draw
VILLIGER SÖHNE AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time and without notice or providing reasons. Furthermore, VILLIGER SÖHNE AG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without providing reasons.
15. Governing law
The prize draw will be governed by Swiss law. The possible nullity of individual provisions in these Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
