On May 30, Heinrich Villiger will be celebrating his 94th birthday. The above quote perfectly sums up his life. Heinrich Villiger has always been passionate about enjoying a decent cigar. To this day, he never misses an opportunity to create a wonderful past for himself. His passion for cigars has remained unwavering throughout his life and continues to this day. We celebrate the legendary cigar maker with the VILLIGER Celebration by Heinrich Villiger and take a deep dive into his world of cigar enjoyment.Just 6,000 cigars will be produced and sold exclusively in Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.
We first asked ourselves what gift to give a visionary who has devoted his life to tobacco. He has fulfilled many of his wishes himself, some of which he has shared with connoisseurs. The result is countless exceptional cigars. Numerous aficionadas and aficionados have enjoyed them over the decades. Heinrich Villiger has dedicated himself to delivering authentic, high-quality cigars. This has been his philosophy since he joined the company in 1950.
Seventy-four years later, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude – on behalf of all our employees. The VILLIGER Celebration is not just a gift from the team to Heinrich Villiger – it is both a symbol and embodiment of his knowledge, experience and wishes. This is reflected in the harmonious blend of aromas and flavors. The very best Torcedoras rolled this masterpiece in the form of a Diadema Fina (6x58). You have to appreciate every puff of this magnificent format to understand how much the industry and the company owe to it.
This cigar is the product of the best tobaccos, attention to detail, and the dedication of everyone involved. The dark, almost perfect wrapper was grown in Ecuador. The Mexican binder features fillers from Nicaragua and tobaccos from other destinations. Each cigar was perfectly rolled at the VILLIGER de Nicaragua factory in Estelí.One box contains just five cigars. Each comes in its own stylish sliding box. The box is embossed with gold, keeping the cigar safe until its final enjoyment.
